Who we are

Editable Labs is a web studio based in Uruguay. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• The brief form: your name, email, working language, message, and any optional detail you choose to add.
• The brief builder: your answers stay in your own browser (local storage) until you press send. Only then do we receive the finished brief, with your name and email.
• Technical data: like every website, our server and Cloudflare see your IP address and browser type when you load a page. We use it for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for anything else, and we do not buy or sell data.

Why

To answer your brief, prepare a quote, and — if we work together — run the project. That is the only use.

Where it goes

• A brief you send is delivered to us through Telegram, and we reply from our email. Telegram and our email provider process it on our behalf.
• The site runs on our own server behind Cloudflare, which handles traffic and blocks attacks.
• We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.

These providers may store data outside Uruguay. We use them only for the purposes above.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The brief builder keeps your unsent answers in your browser's local storage; “Start over” clears them, and so does clearing your browser data.

How long we keep it

If we do not end up working together, we delete your brief and our correspondence within 12 months. If we do, we keep project correspondence for as long as the work lasts and as long as accounting rules require. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will answer in writing. Uruguay's data protection law (Ley 18.331) applies; you can also contact the regulator, URCDP. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the same rights under the GDPR.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
